Nextpower is seeking a hands-on Sr. HRBP to support Europe and Israel, combining business partnership with operational HR delivery across the regions. You will collaborate with integral CoEs and drive local adaptation of global frameworks.
The role is onsite and can be based in Valencia or Madrid, with travel approximately 25%. Fluent Spanish and English are required, and 6+ years in HR in international environments are preferred.
