As a Program Manager in Lonza Porriño, you lead cross-functional projects to meet scope, quality, and timeline goals, acting as the customer advocate to elevate the customer journey. You align with Lonza’s Mammalian Business Unit objectives while applying PM Standard Work and ensuring data integrity in Planview. You collaborate with commercial teams to sustain customer satisfaction and share best practices in project management. This role offers impact across operations and strategic program delivery in a general life sciences environment.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in project/program management in pharmaceutical/biotech contexts
• Bilingual: Spanish and English (business fluent)
• Bachelor in Life Sciences; Master’s or equivalent preferred
• Experience with cGMP and regulatory standards
• MS Office proficiency
• PMP or relevant PM certification
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
