Define and execute the annual global marketing strategy and country plans aligned with corporate growth, positioning, and profitability targets.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Build and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across markets, channels, high-impact campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Financial Oversight & ROI: Monitor global marketing P&L; and market performance; analyze ROI, trends, and competitive landscapes to mitigate risks and identify new growth vectors.
- Executive Collaboration: Participate actively in forecasting, strategic planning, and business reviews alongside the Executive Leadership Team.
