You help lead transformative organizational work for multinational clients by translating strategy into operating models, structures, and governance. In this role you guide complex transformations, design effective organizations, and coach senior leaders to sustain change. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value and shape how clients execute strategy at scale. This position offers global impact within a leading consulting practice.

Responsabilidades
• 7-10+ years of relevant consultancy or senior client HR/OD experience in complex environments
• Substantial experience leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation
• Strong change management and leadership of project teams
• Track record of new business wins and account development
• Extensive business acumen advising senior executives across industries
• Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy development, and organizational design
• Experience with analytics in large-scale interventions
• Financial literacy and multinational work experience
• Experience across Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, Public Services industries
• Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with organizational analytics tools (e.g., OrgVue, Dynaplan)
