This role is idóneo for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical or operational support forAzure and/or OCIcloud environments.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.SupportMicrosoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory,
