Your work will contribute to solving some of the most complex technical challenges in the company.In addition to working on impactful projects, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development and expand your network.Come chart your own path at Amazon.Key job responsibilities - Design, implement, and automate scalable data pipelines for collecting, transforming, and processing data from multiple sources (Redshift, Glue) - Design and evolve data models and schemas ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with single source of truth standards - Own the development and maintenance of curated reference datasets and data assets to drive key business decisions - Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues and operational incidents in production pipelines - Drive architectural plans and implementation for future data storage and integration solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, and science to translate business requirements into reliable data solutions - Investigate and resolve root causes of data defects,

We build scalable pipelines and self-service tools that drive data-driven decisions across the organisation.Basic qualifications- Experience in data engineering- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines- Experience with one or more query language (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, DDL, MDX, HiveQL, SparkSQL, Scala)- Experience with one or more scripting language (e.g., Python, KornShell)Preferred qualification - Experience with any ETL tool like, Informatica, ODI, SSIS, BODI, Datastage, etc.- Knowledge of basics of designing and implementing a data schema like normalization, relational model vs dimensional model- Knowledge of AWS InfrastructureAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
