NTT DATA Business Solutions, part of the NTT DATA Group, is expanding its Shared Service Center in Barcelona and we’re looking for 1 Junior Financial Accountant to join our growing team.
- 1–2 years of experience in financial accounting
- Understanding of fundamental accounting principles
- Fluent in English and preferably Spanish
- Well-versed in MS Office suite, especially Excel and preferably familiar with SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to organize efficiently and work in an international team
- Based in Barcelona or nearby
- Intercompany transactions, posting and reconciliation of IC accounts.
- Dealing with IC queries during the month.
- Accounts Receivable (AR)



and Accounts Payable (AP) support
- Perform dunning activities to address outstanding receivables and manage communication with clients regarding overdue payments.
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely recording.
- Collaborate with the UK and Barcelona teams to provide financial support and analysis.
- Participate in the month-end activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
