➪ What is the job about?

The Procurement Specialist is part of the Supply Chain Team and will be in charge of all the purchases in the company, logistics, collaboration on quotations, attend to suppliers.

➪ What will you do?

-
Manage all the internal purchases (request quotes, tracing, …)

- Prepare and analyze customer documentation to quote bills of material.

- Identify new potential suppliers.

- Receive, verify, and trace material.

- Inventory management.

- Manage supply contracts.

➪ What profile are we looking for?

Mandatory:

- Experience dealing with suppliers and/or clients.

- Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

- High level of written and oral English.

- Incoterms basic knowledge.

- Experience in purchasing.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as data sheets, drawings, bills of materials, and quality certificates.





- A methodical and rigorous approach to work. Attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

- Proficient in Excel and other software applications.

Valuable:

- Experience in purchasing electronic materials.

- User knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).

- Basic knowledge of electronic components.
