In this role you steer integrated campaigns for clients, acting as the bridge between client teams and the agency to ensure on-brand, impactful solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, translate needs into briefs, and oversee timelines, budgets, and performance improvements. You’ll work within a creative, strategic team to drive brand growth across channels.

This position offers exposure to major clients, global training, and a collaborative environment focused on human-centered ideas.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics or similar
- 6-8 years of account management experience in a creative or integrated agency
- Experience with 360º campaigns across xugodme TV, radio, digital, social
- Strong understanding of branding, communication, and creative processes
- Client-oriented with strong project management skills
