? What we’d like you to do

- Create, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies across various verticals and global affiliate networks (e.g., Awin, Impact, CJ, ShareASale).
- Recruit, onboard, and build long-lasting relationships with top-performing affiliates, publishers, content creators, and strategic partners.
- Manage, monitor, and audit daily affiliate program performance, tracking key metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and incrementality). Work closely with clients to define affiliate program goals, set commission structures, and follow up on agreed roadmaps.
- Maintain daily communication with clients to review program results, proposal updates, and identify new growth opportunities. Participate actively in meetings with clients to present performance reports and strategic recommendations.

? What we’d like you to bring

- We are looking for someone who’s proactive, analytical, and eager to learn, with strong negotiation skills and a positive attitude.
- You have at least 3 years of experience performing similar tasks in affiliate marketing within agencies, networks, or advertiser client-side.
- You have managed a monthly affiliate budget/payout pool of at least 30k. You have a strong track record of managing a diverse client portfolio and negotiating commission models (CPA, CPL, Revenue Share, Hybrid).
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or Economics. You have hands-on experience with major affiliate platforms (e.g., Awin, Impact, CJ Affiliate) and tracking tools (e.g., Everflow, Tune, Voluum, Google Analytics). You have a C1/C2 level of English, both spoken and written.
