In this AI Engineer role, you will strengthen the Python layer of our internal developer platform, shaping templates, shared libraries, and quality tooling. You’ll work with engineers, product leaders, and scientists to enable capabilities with real-world impact in sustainable agriculture. You will drive scalable Python solutions, AI-assisted engineering, and robust platform reliability. This position offers the opportunity to influence core tooling and standards across the organization.

- Develop and maintain shared libraries and service templates for scalability
- Lead AI-assisted engineering with rigorous evaluation
- Oversee CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform implementations
