As a QA Tester (60% Manual / 40% Automation), you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications. Working within agile teams, you will help deliver high-quality software by combining manual testing expertise with automated testing solutions, contributing to seamless user experiences across enterprise platforms.

2+ years of experience as a QA Tester, QA Engineer, or Software Test Engineer.

~ Strong experience in manual functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and UAT testing.

~ Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

~ Knowledge of programming or scripting languages used for automation (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#).

~ Experience working with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.

~ Familiarity with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or Xray.

~ Basic understanding of SQL for database validation.

~ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

~ Advanced Spanish and English (written and spoken).

~ Execute manual test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.

Design, develop,



and maintain automated test scripts for critical business processes.

Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Participate in requirement analysis and test planning to guarantee comprehensive test coverage.

Perform API, database, and end-to-end testing where required.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and automation coverage.

Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Support CI/CD initiatives by integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines.
