We're looking for a technical co-founder.

Closio is an AI-powered outbound engine. Two founders, live clients across Europe, and infrastructure we built from zero. No wrappers, no vendor stack, no shortcuts.

We're expanding the founding team. We need someone who ships, thinks in systems, and has real depth in AI. Not an advisor. Not a hire. A co-founder who builds alongside us every day and wants to scale this into the best outbound startup in the market.

This is early stage. The pace is relentless, the cash is tight, and the upside is enormous. We're offering co-founder equity because we want someone who bets on themselves the way we do.

A couple of requirements:

- Shipped and maintained something in production that real users depended on. If so, link it.




- Built with LLMs beyond prompting: agents, pipelines, evals, retrieval, cost and latency tradeoffs at volume.
- Comfortable owning infrastructure end-to-end: data pipelines, APIs, scraping, storage, deployment. No handoff to someone else.
- Fluent in coding and AI.

Nice to have:

- Previously founded or led engineering at an early-stage startup
