As the senior compliance business partner, you will provide strategic guidance on a broad range of regulatory and ethical matters, ensuring compliance is embedded into commercial decisions and operational activities throughout the organization. Leading and continuously enhancing the Compliance Program across a global logistics network.
Advising senior stakeholders on key compliance risks and regulatory developments. Export controls and international trade compliance Anti-money laundering and financial crime Competition law Data privacy Conducting risk assessments, compliance monitoring activities,
investigations, and remediation programs. Supporting strategic initiatives, market expansion, partnerships, and other high-impact business decisions from a compliance perspective.
Promoting a strong culture of ethics, accountability, and responsible business practices across all levels of the organization. 12+ years of experience within Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit, or Governance functions. ~ Strong expertise in sanctions, export controls, AML, anti-corruption frameworks, and international regulatory compliance. ~ Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions. ~ Fluent English required; This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional looking to take on a highly visible and strategic leadership role within a growing global organization.
