We are seeking a hands-on Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake and Python, passionate about transforming telemetry, log, and event data into trusted insights.

You will work as part of a small, highly impactful team developing the data foundations that power engineering intelligence and reporting across the organization. High english level is required. Design, build, and operate engineering telemetry data platforms in Snowflake.

Develop and maintain Python-based ingestion and transformation pipelines. Ingest usage and telemetry data from engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and related platforms. Create scalable and well-governed data models that support adoption, productivity, and value analysis.

Build reliable, automated pipelines with monitoring, alerting, and error handling.

Optimize

Snowflake data models, queries, and storage strategies for performance and cost efficiency. Implement governance,



access controls, data sensitivity handling, and retention policies. Follow modern engineering practices including testing, documentation, code review, and version control.

Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake data engineering. Solid development experience using Python. Proven experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines. Strong understanding of data modeling and data integration principles.

Experience working with telemetry, event, usage, or log data at scale. Knowledge of query optimization, performance tuning, and cost management in Snowflake. Understanding of data governance, security, access management, and retention practices.

Experience creating reliable, maintainable, and tested data solutions. English C1 Experience working with SIEM platforms and security-related event data.
