Engineering Leadership: Direct people management of an international engineering team, transitioning from a contractor setup to a high-performing internal unit. Leading the roadmap for modern Data Lakehouse and Data Mesh pilots.
Domain Focus: Core Data Engineering background (not BI/Analytics) within scale-up digital product or SaaS environments (no consulting background).
Tech Stack: Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS, Terraform, and Airflow.
Eligibility: Must possess a valid EU work permit or citizenship
