As an Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be joining a general SaaS business management platform within a team focused on delivering reliable, scalable, and automated infrastructure solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving automation across workflows, integrating APIs, and ensuring operational efficiency while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Skills

- Skilled in scripting and automation, with experience in creating and maintaining reliable scripts
- Experience in streamlining workflows across platforms such as Okta, Slack, etc
- Knowledge of working with REST APIs to extend automation and enhance tooling capabilities
- Monitoring and alerting solutions (e.G., Nagios, Zabbix)




- Strong understanding of infrastructure and identity management tools, with Jamf expertise highly desirable
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as GitHub and Terraform

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain reusable automation components while adhering to best practice standards
- Identify and address potential infrastructure issues before they escalate
- Collaborate with teams across the business to enhance and support shared tooling
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies xsgfvud or tools to meet evolving requirements
- Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk, providing guidance, mentoring and ensuring timely resolution of complex issues
