We're looking for someone who loves making operations run smooth. You'll own the day-to-day of our last-mile delivery network keeping it stable and robust. If you like seeing your work turn into real parcels delivered on time, this is for you.What you'll do ∙ Keep the routing engine humming: postcode assignments, service level, coverage rules ∙ Spot hub saturation before it becomes a problem ∙ Support new hub and sub-hub launches from zero to live ∙ Jump on incidents fast and fix them with the ops and tech teams ∙ Own the data that keeps the network honest: service files, dashboards, service level tracking ∙ Work side by side with hub managers, 3 PL partners and cross-functional teamsWhat you bring ∙ 3+ years in logistics, operations,
