Wärtsilä is seeking a Integral Program Manager to lead the HR Time and Payroll Transformation program. Based primarily in Gdansk, with Madrid, Bermeo, Esposende and Belgrade as alternative locations, you will own end-to-end delivery across regions and vendors, coordinating with HR, IT and Finance stakeholders.
You will define plans, manage dependencies, and secure timely decisions while maintaining governance, budgets and benefits realization.
