Your mission: As a Sales Assistant in our flagship store, you will be a brand ambassador, delivering an outstanding luxury customer experience, building long-term relationships with local and international clients, and contributing to the overall store performance. Key responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and a personalized luxury experience. Achieve individual and team targets (sales, UPT, ATV, conversion, etc.). Acquire, retain, and follow up with clients through CRM (clienteling). Master the sales ceremony: product storytelling, styling, cross-selling. Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, tidiness,



replenishment, and product care. Support stock deliveries, inventory control, and daily operational tasks. Contribute to a positive, proactive, service-driven team environment. Must-have requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience (premium/luxury retail preferred). Fluent English (mandatory). Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, proactive attitude. Comfortable working with targets and high standards. Nice to have: Flagship / high international traffic experience. CRM/clienteling experience.
