In this role you drive large-scale automation deployments for Amazon’s SEU fulfilment network, overseeing complex robotics and material-handling projects across multiple sites. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors to deliver state-of-the-art automation on time and to quality standards. The position combines hands-on deployment with process improvement in a fast-paced, ownership-focused culture.
You will travel extensively across the EU/UK to implement scalable solutions.

Responsabilidades
- Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent STEM field
- Proficient xugodme English communication (written and spoken)
- Experience managing competing priorities across stakeholders
- Experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution
- Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and/or robotics
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience authoring detailed, user-focused Work Instructions or SOPs for field execution
