Main responsibilities

·Personally lead the team to develop new customers and manage strategic customers, providing sales support and guidance to the team.

·Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends,



and provide localized product and market strategy recommendations to headquarters.

·Work closely with channel managers to jointly develop local channel networks.

·Regularly report team sales forecasts, performance progress, and market dynamics.
