Location: remote within Spain, Portugal, or India Reports to: Director - Enterprise Solutions, Cloud & ServiceKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain the enterprise architecture for the Modern Workplace domain, including endpoint management, collaboration platforms and identity/access integrationDefine and drive the roadmap for Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows 11 (Enterprise/LTSC/IoT LTSC) Apple Business Manager, Manage Engine Endpoint Central, Soti MDM and related client technologiesDefine the architecture and rollout strategy for AI-powered workplace tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Cowork, Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365) including licensing, data governance and security considerationsDefine and monitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategyEnsure outsourced services align with enterprise architecture standardsEstablish architecture standards, reference designs and governance guidelines for device management, application deployment (e.g. Autopilot)



and Zero Trust/Conditional Access policiesEstablish governance guidelines for responsible AI use within the Modern Workplace domain, in coordination with security and compliance stakeholdersEvaluate and select new tools and technologies to improve employee experience, security posture and operational efficiencyEvaluate emerging AI capabilities in endpoint and device management (e.g. AI-assisted troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection) and assess their fit for the organizationCollaborate with security, infrastructure and service management teams to ensure alignment across the broader IT architectureSupport and guide technical teams during implementation, acting as a design authority and escalation point for architectural decisionsCreate and maintain architecture documentation (solution designs, technical standards, decision records)Assess the impact of new Microsoft/vendor releases and features on the existing landscape and recommend adoption strategiesSupport license optimization
