They are now looking for a Capacity Planning Specialist EU to join their European Operations team and play a key role in coordinating planning activities across multiple manufacturing sites.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate capacity and volume planning across multiple European manufacturing sites.
Balance demand, production capacity and inventory to ensure an efficient supply chain.
Manage demand adjustments, product allocations, promotional planning and intercompany transfers.
Analyse demand trends, inventory performance and planning deviations, proposing improvements and corrective actions.
Prepare reports,



planning scenarios and business insights using Excel, SAP and SAP IBP.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of SAP IBP.

What we're looking for

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
Experience in planning, supply chain, production planning or demand planning within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with SAP; exposure to SAP IBP is an advantage but not essential.
