Protection Coordinator and report directly to the Protection Officer.
Key responsibilities Accountability and Complexity. This role implements survivor-centered case management services, coordinating community engagement activities,



and maintaining data confidentiality, demonstrating high discretion and problem-solving skills in a complex and sensitive environment.
Case Management
- Identify and implement timely, survivor-centered, and age-appropriate case management services to all clients at RI-supported WGSS, health facilities, and mobile clinics, ensuring strict adherence to Protection guiding principles.
- Follow up on cases to ensure timely delivery of services throughout the standard phases of case management and work closely with the protection coordinator on sensitive cases.
- Utilize Protection data management tools and systems to record client information, maintaining confidentiality, and use aggregate data to improve service delivery.
- Identify available services and coordinate referrals based on the survivor’s consent, advocating for additional confidential services and supporting the development and utilization of referra
