In this role you drive the People tech ecosystem, owning core systems, automation, and data-driven HR insights. You will partner with leadership to turn manual processes into scalable, automated workflows and guide an intentional AI transformation. You’ll balance hands-on delivery with strategic program leadership, shaping HR tech across the employee lifecycle.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Manage and optimize core HR tech stack (HiBob and Greenhouse) with strong system hygiene and integrations
• Define and scale AI and automation strategy, including budget management and LLM governance within HR workflows
• Develop clean, high-impact people metrics and self-service dashboards across the employee lifecycle
• Lead end-to-end system integration and tool rollouts from requirements to adoption
• Act as Internal Product Owner, translating needs into technical blueprints and prioritizing the backlog
• Identify and eliminate manual,



high-effort processes in onboarding, offboarding, compliance checks, and approvals
• Establish and maintain world-class data governance, data integrity, access controls, and audit trails

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS management, and People Operations with deep HiBob expertise
• Advanced automation and integration skills using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate) xqbhyrx and REST API integrations
• Strong data modeling, data cleanliness, and BI semantic layer experience (Power BI, dbt)
• Practical AI experience applying AI/LLMs to business processes with human-in-the-loop guardrails
• Senior stakeholder and product mindset with strong communication and change-management abilities
• Proactive, execution-oriented with the ability to manage a complex roadmap and perform hands-on work
