In this role, they ensure that field enablement teams can configure, integrate, and support the platform effectively and consistently.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Partner Services, and Support to identify technical skill requirements for successful deployments.Build structured learning paths for solution architects, integration engineers, technical consultants, and admins.Design and maintain content on topics such as architecture, integrations, APIs, data models, environments, configuration, and security.Develop hands-on labs, implementation playbooks,
