We are looking for a Robotics & Automation Engineer who is driven by real-time sys-tems, complex automation challenges, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through innovative engineering..
What you will be doing

Designing and implementing software solutions for robotic and PLC-driven systems
Contributing to the development of a high-performance, real-time control environment
Working closely with 3D simulation, HMI, and backend services teams
Participating in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and hands-on coding
Supporting agile rituals and driving engineering quality,



maintainability, and collaboration.
Participate in technical discussions around architecture, implementation, performance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering and domain experts to deliver real impact for our customers.

What you need to succeed

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, or related field
Strong experience in real-time systems, robotics, or industrial automation
Proficient programming in PLC systems and robotic controllers
Familiarity with C#, WPF, and modern frontend frameworks
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Team spirit, ownership and willingness to continuously learn.
