What you will do:

- Engage with business leaders to understand needs, assess skills gaps and act as an internal consultant, building capability to solve real organizational performance gaps
- Build strong relationships across teams, acting as a trusted advisor for people managers and teams to foster a learning culture that will drive business results.
- Design and deliver tailored learning experiences for people managers and teams, leveraging a variety of learning methods, incorporating impact assessment to ensure that we deliver impactful solutions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future learning initiatives.
