WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Provide remote support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, ensuring a seamless workplace experience.
- Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, configuration, maintenance and replacement.
- Administer and maintain endpoint management solutions to ensure compliance, security and operational efficiency.
- Deploy software packages, operating system updates and security patches across enterprise environments.
- Configure and manage Intune policies, device compliance rules and modern workplace services.
- Support SCCM administration, application packaging and large-scale software deployments.
- Manage printer infrastructure,



connectivity issues, driver deployments and user support.
- Monitor endpoint performance, resolve incidents and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

- Nexthink
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- SCCM
- Microsoft Intune
- PowerShell Scripting
- Endpoint Management

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Nexthink and Digital Workplace services.
- Experience supporting enterprise collaboration, messaging and endpoint management platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management and service improvement skills.
- Experience working in large international enterprise environments.
- Professional working proficiency in English (C1+).
- French is a plus.

- Workplace: Hybrid (40% Remote / 60% On-site)
- Work Schedule: Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, plus on-call support outsi
