As a Senior Game Designer in the Player Value team, you will shape large-scale player experiences that span features and systems across Candy Crush Saga. You’ll collaborate with Product, UX, Data Science, and Engineering to optimize onboarding, progression, rewards, and long-term engagement. Your holistic vision will connect insights to drive cohesive experiences and elevate overall player value. This is a chance to influence strategy and design at scale within a top mobile game ecosystem.
