- Managing and scheduling ready-made content on social media to boost visibility
- Updating product listings on marketing platforms
- Supporting CRM work in Airtable and Brevo
- Supporting Whatsapp B2C communication (optional)
- Helping with WordPress updates, class schedules and UX/UI (optional)Operations & Community (as you grow into the role)
- Supporting class schedules online and coordinating with studios and teachers
- Helping keep CRM and spreadsheets organized (registrations, contacts, schedules)
