Задачи:
- Design, run, and analyze experiments, including A/B tests, geo-holdouts, and incrementality tests, to measure the impact of marketing spend and campaigns
- Apply causal inference methods to estimate channel and campaign impact from observational data
- Own integrations with Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar ad platforms
- Build and maintain data pipelines that bring campaign performance data into the warehouse
- Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models across the customer journey
- Validate attribution models against incrementality and causal inference results




- Partner with Data Engineering on marketing data modeling and ensure pipelines are accurate, reliable, and scalable
- Run ad-hoc analyses and build dashboards
- Surface actionable insights for Performance Marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and product marketing teams
- Partner with Analytics and Marketing leadership on priorities and cross-functional projects, including pricing and new product launches

Требования:
- 5+ Years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of hands-on Marketing Analytics experience
- Experience with SaaS products
- Very strong SQL and BI tool skills
- Proficiency in Python or R for experimentation and causal analysis
- Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments, including A/B testing or geo-testing
- Experience applying causal inference methods
- Hands-on experience integrating with ad platform APIs and maintaining related data pipelines
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining multi-touch attribution models
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, action
