Position Overview
WTTC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Website Manager to join our Strategic Communications team and take ownership of the organisation's WordPress ecosystem.
This role is responsible for ensuring WTTC's websites remain secure, high-performing, accessible, and aligned with the organisation's brand and business objectives. Working closely with Strategic Communications, Marketing, Events, Membership, Research, and external development partners, the Website Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of our digital platforms while continuously identifying opportunities to improve the user experience, optimise performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
This is not a pure web development role. Instead, we are looking for someone who enjoys maintaining, improving and evolving digital platforms, combining technical knowledge with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will act as the internal owner of our websites, ensuring they remain reliable,



modern and capable of supporting WTTC's general activities.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and leveraging AI and modern digital tools to improve productivity and website management.

Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Governance
- Own the day-to-day management and maintenance of WTTC's WordPress websites.
- Maintain governance standards across all websites, including user permissions, publishing workflows and content management processes.
- Manage themes, templates, plugins and site configurations following best practice.
- Coordinate with external web development partners for complex developments, infrastructure improvements and major releases.
- Monitor website health, identify issues proactively and coordinate resolutions.
