Location: Barcelona (1-2 days/week in office, remote the rest) Key Responsibilities - Proven experience as a , leading design initiatives from discovery to delivery - Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs - Solid background designing end-to-end digital experiences for web and mobile products - Strong understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design,
information architecture and visual design - Experience collaborating with Product, UX Research, Engineering and Brand teams - Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches - Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design - (-) Nice to have - Experience contributing to the evolution of a companys design system and documentation - Data-informed design practices and experience with research/testing validation - Experience optimizing design processes, file management and version control Discover more about Capitole here have a look to how others think we are are excited to meet you!
