We operate more than 16 businesses across the island, with restaurants at the heart of the Group and a diverse portfolio of concepts ranging from iconic venues such as Café Mambo to premium, experience-led destinations including Casa Maca, Cala Gracioneta, Sa Capella and Hostal La Torre.
We are looking for a senior Operations leader with a strong business mindset and a highly visible, hands-on presence in the field, with experience in multi-site restaurant, hospitality or F&B; environments.
Someone capable of combining P&L; ownership, productivity, operational discipline and a strong results orientation with a genuine sensitivity to guest experience, product, service and the individual identity of each concept.

Analyse performance gaps, identify root causes and ensure the definition and execution of clear, actionable improvement plans.
Optimise organisational structures, staffing levels, processes and ways of working, balancing efficiency, service quality and guest experience.
