In this hands-on, technical leadership role you will drive frontend delivery for Sage HCM Localisation in Barcelona. You will guide a senior frontend team through complex UI initiatives, mentoring engineers and owning end-to-end frontend quality. You’ll navigate a hybrid React/Ext JS landscape and help modernise a large-scale enterprise product with the Carbon Design System.
You’ll act as the go-to technical authority for frontend decisions and contribute to the modernisation roadmap. This is a high-impact, technically focused leadership position with a strong emphasis on delivery and architectural excellence.
