Funciones
- Hotel Vella Nit Hotel Vella Nit is a luxury boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. We started operating 1 year ago and are consolidating our business and growth. Our guests come to enjoy a relaxing time in Canet de Mar. Guests are both national as international. The person we are looking for will grow together with the hotel and a partnership can be envisaged on the longer term.
- Frontdesk and guest relations support: Full year contractNivel 4 como Ayudante/a de recepción (Convenio Colectivo Industria de Hostelería y Turismo de Catalunya) around 25 hours/weekstart in August or September
- Tasks: guest relations including first contact for guests (phone and via booking platforms)
- front desk tasks (check- in, answer questions by guests, cover extra fees, etc)




- ensure online checkin, arrival information is shared, etccheck rooms are ready for arrival of guests
- relay key information regarding checkin/checkout to cleaning crew
- administrative tasks (guest book, breakfast orders, etc)
- ensure smooth running of the hotel and help coordinate interventions if needed
- develop growth strategies (catering option) and marketing and sales opportunities
- Work schedule Thursday to Monday with presence from 15h00 to 18h00 and according to further needs with a maximum of 25 hours weekly.
- Work schedule can also include some remote tasks (online follow up and guest communications)

Requisitos
- We are looking for a motivated team member with a background and studies in Hostelería / Turismo and a strong drive to grow within the hotel industry.
- The adecuado candidate is customer-oriented, solution-focused, and able to work confidently with Excel and major booki
