Job Description

The project focuses on strengthening agile delivery and operational excellence within the T‑IAA ING organization. The Scrum Master / Agile Expert supports multiple agile teams in scaling agile practices, improving collaboration, and ensuring reliable delivery of business and IT initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
- Jira and Confluence.

- Miro / Whiteboard tools.
- GitLab - Wiki, Boards.
- Activity description and concrete tasks:
- Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective).




- Coach teams in agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Remove impediments and dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and team maturity.
- Support scaling and alignment across multiple agile teams.
- Foster transparency, collaboration, and self-organization.

Qualifications

Must to have skills
- Strong experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach in enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience working with distributed and europe / german teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Very good English skillsNice to have skills.
- SAFe or other scaling framework experience.
- Good german skills.
