In this role, you drive the development of competitive Measurement Solutions proposals for strategic pursuits, partnering with pursuit leaders and cross-functional teams to shape winning strategies. You will balance technical and commercial aspects to maximize customer value, profitability, and project success. The role combines engineering know-how with commercial acumen to guide solution choices and ensure timely, compliant proposals. • Co-develop proposal strategies with project pursuit leaders and account managers to strengthen competitive positioning
• Lead preparation of Measurement Solutions project proposals addressing customer requirements
• Identify technical and commercial opportunities that enhance customer value and support profitable growth
• Optimize solution selection, pricing, and value proposition using product offering strategy
• Collaborate with product specialists and engineers to develop aligned solution recommendations
• Coordinate with supply chain and engineering to evaluate third-party products balancing cost, risk, and compliance
• Ensure technical, documentation, and contractual requirements are reviewed timely
• Assess project risks and opportunities to support decision-making




• Develop proposal summaries outlining technical, commercial, and profitability considerations
• Review proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Guide project engineering resources to support proposals and meet bid deadlines
• Facilitate lessons learned to improve proposal quality and competitiveness
• Support project managers during execution with technical guidance and knowledge transfer
• Maintain technical accountability for proposed solutions and project delivery
• Lead project engineering teams to support timely order processing and administration
• Identify opportunities to expand project scope and enhance value
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Participate in customer meetings, technical reviews, inspections, and related activities
• Support milestones for documentation and approvals according to schedules

Responsabilidades
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation solutions in industrial or process automation environments
• Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting impacts of technology actions
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Ability to read Pu0026IDs and customer specifications and create instrument datasheets
• Ability to lead a team of project engineers
