About the role
LAAGAM is an independent fashion brand based in Barcelona. We are hiring a Digital Growth Manager to own the growth and profitability of our DTC digital channel, from the first touchpoint to repeat purchase.
This is not an e-commerce maintenance role or a coordination-only manager job. You will own the numbers, set priorities and remain close enough to the tools to launch campaigns, analyse performance, build tests and unblock execution yourself.
You will report directly to the CEO, manage a Junior E-commerce Specialist and work closely with Creative Growth & CRM, Brand, Graphic Design, Merchandising, Finance, Operations and external developers.

Your mission
Build a scalable and repeatable growth engine that increases online sales without sacrificing profitability or brand positioning.
You will own the digital funnel end to end:
Awareness and acquisition → qualified traffic → conversion → repeat purchase and customer value.

Digital business and profitability
Own the DTC digital plan, forecast and weekly performance review.




Be accountable for net online sales and channel profitability, not only traffic or ROAS.
Define and track contribution margin, CAC, MER/ROAS, sessions, conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate and LTV.
Translate performance into clear priorities, owners and deadlines.
Coordinate pricing, promotions and market-level decisions with Merchandising and Finance.
Ensure approved commercial decisions are implemented correctly across the web.

Acquisition and scalable awareness
Own paid acquisition strategy, budgets, channel mix, campaign structure and efficiency targets.
Progressively internalise paid-media management and reduce dependency on agencies.
Build a high-velocity testing system with Creative Growth and Brand across UGC, paid creative, organic formats, hooks, landing pages and offers.
Develop scalable sources of qualified traffic across paid social, search, SEO, lead generation, referrals and emerging discovery channels.
