This is a fully remote opportunity for a commercially minded contracts professional to support a integral organization across a diverse range of business agreements.
You will play a key role in protecting the organization’s risk profile while enabling efficient, commercially sound contracting.
The position combines contract review and negotiation with stakeholder advisory, process improvement, and risk management.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Data Operations, suppliers, customers, and senior business stakeholders across multiple functions.
Your work will help accelerate new business, strengthen renewals, protect commercial interests, and ensure consistent contracting practices.
You’ll also contribute to projects designed to streamline contract processes and improve governance across the organization.
The role is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing legal detail, commercial priorities,



stakeholder relationships, and a varied workload in a remote environment.

Accountabilities
Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer and supplier contracts, licence agreements, framework agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and employment agency contracts.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contracting and approval processes, appropriate templates, contractual policies, and risk tolerance requirements.
Identify contractual risks and, where appropriate, escalate matters to the relevant legal counsel or decision-makers.
Coordinate required approvals for amended or non-standard contract terms, ensuring stakeholders have sufficient information to make informed decisions.
Draft amendments to standard customer and supplier templates and review third-party documentation to ensure alignment with the organization’s contracting strategy.
