Join our Finance team in Madrid as an Invoicing & Collection Clerk. In this role,



you will be responsible for managing invoicing and accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting efficient accounting operations across the organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external providers, and Sulzer entities worldwide to ensure smooth and effective financial processes
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate customer invoicing.
Monitor incoming payments and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
Perform collection activities and support the resolution of outstanding receivables.
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies or billing issues.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to receivables and collections.
Maintain and update customer and financial master data.
