This is a senior strategic marketing role focused on accelerating growth across global light industry markets and adjacent technologies. You will help shape business strategy, identify attractive market opportunities, and translate customer and competitive insights into actionable growth plans. The role combines strategic marketing, market intelligence, customer value proposition development, and business development in a complex B2B environment. You’ll work across global, regional, and country teams to activate strategic priorities and strengthen sector-focused growth initiatives. Your analysis will inform investment decisions, M&A; opportunities, and executive-level strategy discussions. Accountabilities




Support the development and execution of the overall strategy for the Light Industry business, translating strategic priorities into actionable growth initiatives.
Lead selected sector strategies and identify priority sectors and sub-sectors at general, regional, and country levels.
Lead and support regional strategy activation initiatives, including growth programs, sector playbooks, and strategic execution frameworks.
Support executive and regional leadership reviews by providing insights, progress updates, recommendations, and performance analysis.
Lead Voice of Customer and blueprinting initiatives to evaluate adjacent markets, technologies, and emerging opportunities.
Identify external growth opportunities and contribute to M&A; strategy within relevant industrial markets.
Lead strategic capability-building and growth projects across the business, ensuring delivery against agreed plans and objectives.
