The Role You'll sit at the intersection of data analytics and category performance, helping transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across pricing, promotions, product performance, and demand planning. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs and performance metrics Build and maintain dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc) Analyse datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities Translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations Support pricing, promotions, and category performance analysis Ensure data quality, consistency,



and governance Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations, marketing) What We're Looking For 0–2 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting (internships welcome) Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into insights Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups; Power Query is a plus) Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying (desirable) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and a proactive, learning mindset Education Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
