About the role: Dedication : Part-time Location : Europe Zone Project's Lenght : Temporal Work model : Teleworking Main Responsibilities: We are looking for a Video Art Director specialized in audiovisual content to collaborate with us on one of our internal projects. A professional who can lead the creative direction of video, ensure brand consistency, and act as the creative authority during production. Reporting to the Creativity Manger, your main responsibilities will include:



Direct the conceptual and visual aspects of video productions: moodboards, storyboards, look and feel. Review audiovisual deliverables before client delivery, ensuring brand consistency and creative quality. Collaborate with the editing team and the Creativity Manager on B2 B marketing projects. Adapt the visual language to the tone and needs of each client. Background & Skills: • Solid experience in art direction applied to video (not editing). • Knowledge of formats for social media and digital marketing. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). • Strong brand sensitivity and ability to adapt the visual language to each client. • Availability within European working hours (coordination with a team based in Barcelona). • Modality: freelance, project-based collaboration. • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools applied to video production (Runway, Sora, Midjourney, or similar
