We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Business Development Team. The Head of Business Development (BD) will drive growth across Selectchemie's full portfolio, including pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs and excipients) and finished dosage forms (FDFs). This role is responsible for defining and executing BD strategy, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring a cohesive, high-performing BD organization. The Head of BD will manage the heads of Portfolio & Market Intelligence, Project Management, and Head of In-Licensing. Your tasks and responsibilities Strategy & Growth Define and execute a general BD strategy across Pharma Ingredients and FDFs including in-licensing and out-licensing.
