Key Responsibilities Develop and expand our hotel portfolio across Spain and key destinations. Negotiate FIT, allotment, and free-sale agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners. Monitor hotel performance and market competitiveness. Identify new business opportunities and support company growth. RequirementsExperience in hotel contracting within a Bedbank, OTA, DMC, Tour Operator, or Hotel Chain. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Fluent English required. Spanish is a plus. Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
