As we scale our pipeline, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects end-to-end — from design through delivery. ───────────────────────────── What You'll Manage ───────────────────────────── Full lifecycle management of 2–3 residential projects in parallel (~100 units each) Lead the design phase: architects, consultants, and regulatory approvals Oversee construction, contractor management, and milestone execution Complete budget ownership — planning, monitoring, and deviation control Coordinate directly with banks and project finance partners Risk, quality,
