Are you a Data Product Manager who can lead data initiatives end-to-end, while working closely with engineering teams to deliver real business impact? This role sits within a large-scale enterprise data and analytics function withing the Energy space, focused on building a portfolio of data products that drive smarter decision-making across the organisation. Your Role as a Data Product Manager: You will operate at the intersection of product management, delivery, and portfolio oversight -owning the lifecycle of data products from definition through to execution. This is not a purely strategic role. You'll be expected to shape the roadmap, work closely with engineering teams, and manage stakeholders across a complex enterprise environment. You'll typically oversee 2-3 data initiatives at a time, ranging from AWS-based data platforms to real-time analytics dashboards. What You'll Do: Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and strategy for data and AI products Translate complex business processes (manufacturing, energy, operations)



into clear product deliverables Identify opportunities for new products, features, and improvements through stakeholder engagement and analysis Work closely with engineers, architects, and data teams to deliver scalable solutions on AWS Oversee delivery of data platforms, pipelines, dashboards, and AI/Gen AI use cases (including chatbot-style applications) Define success metrics and ensure products deliver measurable business value Manage product backlogs, priorities, and roadmap execution across multiple initiatives Handle stakeholder alignment, including challenging conversations and conflicting priorities Resolve delivery blockers across teams to ensure consistent progress Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and usage What You'll Bring: Strong experience as a Data Product Manager or in a similar hybrid product/delivery role Proven experience working with AWS-based data platforms (data pipelines, analytics, dashboards)
